Payment & Rental:

Price includes sign rental for a 24-hour period, delivery, set-up, and pick-up. Additional fees apply if ordering outside the realm of the product or outside of Texas Yard Card’s normal delivery radius (Deer Park, Pasadena, La Porte, Baytown). Rentals are typically set up after sunset and picked up the following day after sunset.

 

Payment secures your desired date(s) and serves as an agreement to the following terms and conditions:

 

By paying Texas Yard Card L.L.C., you agree to release Texas Yard Card L.L.C. and its representatives from all liability that may a result in injury, bodily harm or damage that may be caused or occur to any person, pet, personal property, or real estate during the period of your sign rental and or display. This includes but is not limited to subterranean structures such as irrigation systems, plant(s), roots and plumbing structures.

 

The yard card display may vary from photos within the website gallery or on our social media and are subject to change based on availability.

 

Custom order requests for themes that are not shown may take up to 14 day(s) advanced notice and are subject to availability.

 

These displays are booked as a RENTAL ONLY. Price includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up of the display. Additional rental days may be possible based on inventory availability and will incur a fee of an additional 50% of the original rental price. Additional days will need to be scheduled 24hrs prior to the scheduled delivery.

 

We ask that our signs be treated with respect and care while rented. Texas Yard Card L.L.C. will set-up and remove the signs/display from your home or business—no set-up or removal needs to be done by the customer.

 

Please do not attempt to move or adjust any signs/display. If you would like the signs/display placed in a different location at the same address agreed upon in the rental agreement, or have them displayed in a different fashion, please contact us and we will make every effort possible to accommodate your request.

 

We encourage you to have fun with and enjoy your signs/display. Please take as many photos or videos as possible with or around them, and feel free to tag Texas Yard Card L.L.C. on social media.

 

For the safety of everyone, DO NOT ALLOW anyone to climb, play on, or run near or the signs/display.

 

To ensure your display looks the best, we highly suggest you mow your lawn prior to Texas Yard Card L.L.C. installing the sign/display. However, please do not mow, trim or operate any lawn care equipment on your lawn AFTER installation has occurred— as doing so may result in damage to our signs/display. Suspending or advancing any yard service that might be performed during the dates your sign/display is on-site at your location is highly recommended. Please suspend any irrigation or sprinkler system use during the time your sign/display is on location as this may also result in damage to the sign/display. There is a $20.00-$100.00 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter, accent pieces or sign based upon its size. There will be a $5 replacement fee for each damaged or missing stake.

 

Please do not attach anything to the signs/display including, but not limited to, tape, adhesive, string, streamers, or balloons as doing so may result in damage to the sign/display.

 

The area where you wish to have the sign/display placed MUST be watered thoroughly, which consists of running your irrigation system or sprinkler for a period of 1-2 hours no less than 24hrs before your signs/display are scheduled to be installed. This is usually the equivalent of applying 1”-2” of water to the area. If the ground is too compacted or dry this will result in your sign/display having to be rescheduled. Texas Yard Card will make every effort to reschedule your rental but, there will be no refunds for your rental if we are not able to reschedule or provide a sign/display due to the area not being properly watered.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

All reasonable attempts will be made to complete the order regardless of weather.  However, if there is lightning, high winds other hazardous weather conditions that prevent staking or installation-- a full refund will be issued or you may opt to delay or reschedule your rental based on our availability.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations that are made at least 24hrs in advance of the scheduled installation will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before installation, will be subject to a rescheduling of the sign/display for a future date or a forfeiture of your refund.

 

To cancel your Subscribe and Save Plan you must notify Texas Yard Card L.L.C. in writing. Texas Yard Card L.L.C. will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and send you a final invoice. This invoice will include the current month’s subscription fee if applicable and any sign rentals that have already been provided at their full rate minus the Subscribe and Save Plan payments that have been collected.

 

REFUND POLICY:

In addition to the other policies stated herein, refunds will not be granted if the rental party refuses service or requests signs/display be removed after placement.  Refunds will not be granted for errors that occur on order submission. Refunds are subject to withhold any processing fees that Texas Yard Card L.L.C. incurs from processing your payment(s) electronically. This may result in a full refund being less than your original rental fee.
